Amanda Green & Sukanya

In this episode of Sukany4 – The Podcast, I walk through the leafy trails of Lancaster’s Williamson Park with Amanda Green, transformation coach, facilitator, and founder of the Elemental Leadership™ model.

We explore the role of spiritual intelligence in leadership, the power of archetypes and tarot as reflective tools, and Amanda’s journey from corporate business development to soulful coaching. From ancestral beliefs to emotional intelligence, Amanda shares how inner work and self-awareness can be the keys to powerful, aligned transformation.

A Walk with Honesty

Williamson Park in Lancaster served as the serene backdrop for a morning walk filled with laughter, reflection, and a few surprises from our feathered and furry companions. My guest? The vibrant, intuitive, and ever-curious Amanda Green: seasoned Transformation Coach and Facilitator with a mission to bring more Spiritual Intelligence to the world. Amanda is passionate about empowering those who want to grow beyond outdated paradigms and embrace prosperity consciousness. As she puts it, freedom is an inner game.

We began our walk with honesty. Amanda greeted the day feeling tired, positive, and, in her words, a bit mystical. Dressed head to toe in green (glasses, coat, juice), she radiated a kind of grounded vibrancy that set the tone for the rest of our chat. As the cold spring breeze swirled around us, she was, as always, entirely in tune with herself, the park, and the conversation we were about to have.

Intuitive Living and Self Awareness

Amanda’s story is far from conventional. With over 25 years of experience in business development, training, and facilitation, she did not plan a shift into spiritual work. But transformation, as she beautifully puts it, has always been her middle name. The coaching, the workshops, the one-to-one sessions – all centre around helping people peel back the layers to reveal their true, unfiltered selves.

As we wandered through woodland paths and past daffodil-lined benches, Amanda spoke of intuitive living, energy shifts, and that ever-complicated dance of self-awareness.

“We are not becoming someone new,” she explained. “We are just letting go of everything that is not really us.”

Elemental Leadership Model

Our conversation meandered between ancestral patterns, past life experiences, emotional intelligence, and even the spiritual symbolism of seagulls (who knew they represent resourcefulness and clearing emotional debris?). Amanda described how unresolved beliefs often surface most intensely just before a breakthrough – a powerful reminder that discomfort can signal deep transformation.

We explored what it means to be an empath, the consequences of emotional suppression, and how busyness can often be a distraction from our inner work. Amanda’s approach is both intuitive and practical. “If you are saying you want something,” she said, “what are you prepared to cut away to get there?”

This concept ties closely to her Elemental Leadership model – a framework built around the archetypes of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. It is a beautifully layered system that supports individuals and organisations alike in reconnecting with purpose, power, and presence.

We also discussed tarot, intuition, and the importance of joy. Amanda shared how she works with professionals at every level – from directors and business owners to coaches and creatives – helping them break free from limitation, find clarity, and build the courage to live and lead with greater authenticity.

A Final Thought

By the time we reached the Ashton Memorial, it felt like we had travelled much further than just through the park. We had moved through lifetimes, archetypes, and elemental truths. Amanda’s work blends ancient wisdom with modern insight, offering powerful pathways to transformation for those willing to go inward.

So, what do you actually want? And what are you prepared to let go of?

Because transformation does not require perfection. It only needs honesty, courage – and perhaps a green juice.
