Purposeful conversations on the move, where people, place, and passion connect.

Sukany4 - THE PODCAST

Mission

Sukany4 – The Podcast is a walking podcast that brings together inspiring business owners, community changemakers, and creative thinkers to share their stories, all while exploring the beautiful landscapes of Cumbria, the North West and beyond.

Our mission is to create authentic, values-driven conversations that celebrate connection, curiosity, community, and growth.

I believe in the power of walking and talking to unlock deeper insight, foster empathy, and spark positive change.

There’s something about movement that shifts the energy. Walking side by side removes pressure, encourages openness, and creates space for more natural, honest conversation. The rhythm of walking grounds us, helping stories flow and perspectives unfold in unexpected, often powerful ways.

Whether you’re tuning in, walking alongside, or partnering in our journey, you’re part of something rooted in community, authentic, and evolving.

Set against the stunning backdrops of Cumbria and Lancashire and beyond, each episode explores the intersections of purpose, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and place-based connection.
